TAR HEELS VS. BLUE DEVILS

Wow.  I don’t think many of us thought this is how we’d be spending Saturday night.  Cheering on our Tar Heels, yes always a possibility, against THAT TEAM?? IN THE FINAL FOUR??? No, notta, didn’t even cross my mind.  But here we are.  Carolina and Duke will meet for the first time not only in NCAA tournament history, but in the Final Four. The eighth-seeded Tar Heels (28-9) are playing in a record 21st Final Four, the most of any school in NCAA history.  So you ask “Where can I watch this unbelievable match up with other Tar Heels?”  Asheville Pizza & Brewing’s Merrimon location is not only staying open late, but opening up their movie theatre as well!  The details are below:

MOVIE THEATER SEATING – Special wristband is required to reserve a seat. Starting this Thursday at 2:00 pm you can get a wristband only at our Merrimon Ave. location. LIMIT 4 PER PERSON. Theater doors will open at 8:15 pm on Saturday after our 6:00 pm movie screening ends. There are 120 seats in our theater.

GAME ROOM SEATING – First Come, First Seated. No wristband needed. Over 65 seats available. We’ll also be showing the 7:00 pm Kansas – Villanova game in our game room.
